- - Return the order in it's original packaging. The product needs to arrive at High Street Market safely and undamaged. If the order arrives damaged, we cannot provide a refund.

Once the item arrives, we will inspect it and issue a credit on the same credit card that you used to make the original purchase.
VINTAGE ITEMS: We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on vintage pieces. All sales are final.
FURNITURE RETURNS: Our furniture is delivered with a nation wide white glove delivery service. If a piece of ordered furniture arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange for the piece to be picked up and replaced. Outgoing shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. To receive a credit on a piece of new furniture, please follow these simple instructions:
- - Contact High Street market within 5 days of receiving your item. You may reach us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-888-669-1189. We must be contacted within a 5-day window or we will be unable to honor the return.
- - We will arrange to have the item picked up, and the assigned freight company will contact you to coordinate pick up.
- - The piece will be sent back to our warehouse, inspected, and then a credit will be issued accordingly.
