- Package the item very well. You may choose to send it back in it's original packaging, or you may repackage the product. Either way, the product needs to arrive at High Street Market safely and undamaged.
- Include the packing slip or original order form
- Mail the item to: High Street Market, attn: RETURNS / 312 South Main Street / North Wales, PA / 19454
Once the item arrives, we will inspect it and issue a credit on the same credit card that you used to make the original purchase.
VINTAGE ITEMS: We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on vintage pieces. All sales are final.
FURNITURE RETURNS: Our furniture is delivered with a nation wide white glove delivery service. If a piece of ordered furniture arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange for the piece to be picked up and replaced. Outgoing shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. To receive a credit on a piece of new furniture, please follow these simple instructions:
- Contact High Street market within 5 days of receiving your item. You may reach us via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-888-669-1189. We must be contacted within a 5-day window or we will be unable to honor the return.
- We will arrange to have the item picked up, and the assigned freight company will contact you to coordinate pick up.
- The piece will be sent back to our warehouse, inspected, and then a credit will be issued accordingly.
SALE ITEMS: All SALE items (as well as all Daily Deals) are final sale and returns cannot be accepted.
